Our Honduras coffee is by far our most popular filter coffee beans. The coffee is a medium roast with taste notes of cantaloupe melon, almonds and cherry plum.
The coffee is from the cooperative COCAFAL in Las Capucas, the Western Copán-region of Honduras, near the National Park of Celaque. COCAFCAL was founded in 1999 as one of the first ever registered cooperatives in Honduras, having one particular goal – to elevate the quality of coffee through sustainable practices, equally improving the living conditions for the farmers.
